This project sort of "fell out" of our main tea app due, mainly, to ease of using SwiftUI. Functionality-wise, it is just as good or as bad as a myriad of basic tea brewing timers but we tried to make this one to stand out by using minimal video backdrops.
I actually probably would not use this myself as I am a coffee drinker, BUT I do know that the amount of time that you steep certain kinds of tea is very important for tea-heads - so I like the idea of this product for the tea-heads!
@lucas_arndt "I'm not sure how deep you are in the world of the `third wave` coffee" say I while waiting for my V60-brewed cup to cool down to 52ºC :). Turns out, tea and coffee are quite close – both are about optimizing extraction, mostly by adjusting time and temperature. We are now working on "pro" brewers for both and they are remarkably similar.
