@ryangilbert thanks for checking us out! We have a super extensive vetting process where we look at 140+ different parameters. We look at the actual data of each marketer to see their actual results, and then match brands with marketers that have a proven track record in their particular niche. We look at things like: - Bid strategy - A/B testing methodology - Communication skills - Email response time - Their past results - Ad budgets they managed - Their ability to solve challenges And we have an AI algorithm that suggests the top 3 experts for each brand and the brand gets to pick their favorite one.
