This looks pretty cool, a cookie cutter solution for setting up a business. Does the process work for IT startups with their unique business format or does this work for only small businesses.

@jerbio007 Hi Jerome, thank you for checking us out. Yes! Tech startups will find the process on mata.vc very easy to elaborate their idea and build a virtual business plan. The mata Total Formation + Compliance Plan comprehensively provides all of the legal documents you need for the Incorporation and Post-Incorporation Process (IT startups generally form C-Corps over LLCs when raising venture capital). All of your documents are neatly stored in your Company's Data Room, which also allows you to purchase extra additional Legal Documents and potentially necessary business packages a la carte, all fulfilled by an on-demand expert. We will very soon be adding financial services such as cap table management and much more for startups who have surpassed their initial idea phase and have raised or are raising their first seed round. Finally I would like to add that our On-Demand Services are highly geared towards tech startups. The services range from Branding and App Development to name a few. The extent of the formation and post-formation offering in the Total Formation + mata Compliance plan that we offer is as follows: After submitting the appropriate information for the Articles of Incorporation in your chosen state, we file the document with the state’s office within 24 hours. With corporations, you also receive the Action of Incorporator document (necessary to resolve the original incorporator of any relation), the Company Bylaws and Company Meeting Minutes Documents, and Initial Shareholder Action documents. These documents create the ownership and structure of the Corporation and elect the Directors and Officers. In addition, the initial share distribution to the founders is handled. If you wanted additional documents drafted like founder vesting documents or employee stock option plans, we currently do offer some of these additionally in the Data Room a la carte, however cap table management is not yet in the services offering pipeline, but soon will be. All of the individual legal documents that come with the Total Formation Plan are separate orders inside of the mata platform, so you can get specific help at anytime while answering the questions, and know that any potentially daunting document is always drafted by our professional team. In the near future, Financial Services such as drafting Convertible Notes or SAFE documents, and other fundraising documents in addition to SEC compliance Services (Reg D, Reg A+, etc.), will be released.
