Heyo, this was my first go at an email-guided course, based on a series of five 3,000+ word guides on productivity in 2015, which tackle the following topics:
1. Setting a big goal by asking the right questions.
2. Breaking down said goal into small, actionable steps, giving you one specific thing to do each day.
3. Making a habit of defining your next day's task the night before and creating a night-time routine.
4. Creating a morning routine based on Hal Elrod's 'The Miracle Morning' to get some quality time every day and end up right with your most important task.
5. Eliminating 32 distractions in your head, environment, phone & laptop, which, if added up, give you a big chunk of your focus back.
The emails send out the guides, give everything more structure and tie it all together with some bonuses.
I've spent the majority of 2015 designing this for myself and thought I'd share it, if anything it's probably best viewed as a buffet of techniques: take those that work for you, adapt those that might and ditch those that won't :)
