Hey there - I've been a software engineer for about a decade and I've been really into woodworking for about 8 years now. Tape measure math (in feet/inches) can be really tricky at times and there just wasn't a great calculator out there to make life easy. I sought out to create something simple, intuitive, and clean that makes the extra effort of opening an app mid-project worth it. Over the years I've found quite a bit of fellow engineers and tech folks who also enjoy building things in the physical space in their spare time, so I thought I'd post here since I think it could potentially benefit.

This will be helpful in beadwork. Beads are usually metric, whereas finished product is not. This will also be useful in crochet, as yarn is measured in both. Now, how soon do you think it will be until weights will be added? And maybe add angle functions, degrees and trig functions for calculating round craftsmanship (and volume).
