Hey Product Hunt! Diego and I are the founders of Lotus, an open-source pricing, packaging, and billing engine that powers usage-based, per-seat, and bespoke enterprise plan pricing. We’ve built a real-time system that helps AI, SaaS, and Fintech companies convert product usage → revenue. Monetization and pricing are core aspects of every business that is often overlooked. We built Lotus to give product managers and rev-ops the tools to treat pricing as product and experiment with custom usage metrics. As a fellow open-source startup founder, I can say that Lotus is a fantastic addition to the open-source ecosystem. Its pricing and billing engine is incredibly versatile and can be used by businesses of any model. The real-time system allows for easy optimization, testing, and deployment of pricing, and the streamlined metering, entitlements, and invoicing are a huge plus. I am impressed by the work that Mikael, Diego, and the whole team have put into this project, and I do not doubt that it will be a valuable asset for any business that uses it.
