Hello lovely Product Hunt people! 👋 Welcome to LingoLooper – a whole new way to learn a new language, but in some ways also the most natural one. Learning a language is about more than memorizing words and building grammatically correct sentences. Yet most tools and courses out there are centered around building such theoretical skills. In my case, I studied Spanish for years, yet when I moved to Spain I really struggled to apply it where I needed it most – in real life conversations with the locals. I realized that in the end, language is about connecting with people and building relationships, but this part is so hard to practice beforehand. Until now. So imagine if the Sims (world's best game imo) had a baby with generative AI, creating a game that enabled you to simulate the experience of moving abroad and practice realistic interactions with AI avatars in your target language, at your skill level – that's the vision for LingoLooper in a nutshell. It's a safe and engaging space to practice, grow, and ultimately, belong. We just released the Early Access version on AppStore and PlayStore after a year of rigorous testing in private beta. Now it's my great honor to share it with all of you in this inspiring community of innovators and creators.
