@laraibkazi Is it possible that the website is set in french or dutch? You can check this in the URL of the page. If you see /fr or /nl in the URL, that is probably the issue.
I'm currently in the process of translating the app to dutch and french. I will let you know when it is done.

I tested emails with the signatures using Litmus, and everything came through clean, no issues with spam filters. The images are automatically converted to .webp, so they're as lightweight as possible.
The custom slicer/merger I built always aims to minimize the number of image slices while preserving quality. It finds the best balance between size and clarity, ensuring the final signature is efficient and optimized.
Basically, when I create a signature with Klik Email, it’s the same approach I’d take if I were coding it manually, from structure to optimization. The output is designed to be lean, reliable, and email-client friendly.
