the worst thing i've used. i started using kapwing a while back, and i highly reccomended it for 3 key features: easy to use UI non watermarked free content key basic features not locked behind a paywall. fast forwards 3 years, and suddenly their entire company has done a 180 around, completely ditching their own community. NO ONE needs a pay to use online software to do the same thing hundreds of other competitors online can do. I'm incredibly horrified and disgusted at how their company has gone from a small "i understand what you're looking for and i'm here to provide it" to "we need money and you need to pay it." NO ONE who uses online software needs those ridiculous prices, removing free features almost entirely, and yet still having a laggy, stupid, and leaking app. no one wanted it, and your customer service is bullshit. if i could give 0 stars, i would, considering none of them probably ever looks at customer responses. no one wanted you to remove watermark free exports. no one wanted you to limit everything to a total of 3 projects a month. that's absolute bs. will not ever be using again. fuck you.

The only reason I signed up for this sight is to leave a 5 star review for Kapwing, because I saw the reviews did not represent how good this product is. I don't know where the low reviews are coming from, maybe because it used to be free and now it's paid, or because it does advanced processing (very smoothly) and you need high processing power to keep up, but anyway, I've had a fantastic experience. I don't usually go out of my way to leave a review, but for the money, this does everything I want, in a more affordable and way more user friendly way than the final cuts, or adobe premiers out there. Worth the money!

Waste of time, literally takes two hours to load a video and when the video is finally ready there is a problem again... fix this terrible thing
