The Inome app is a journaling tool that guides you through a daily reflection that includes labeling emotions, identifying needs, and practicing self-compassion, empathy, and gratitude. The app also identifies the patterns of your feelings, needs, and behaviors and empowers you to identify your core values and life balance, discover what you are passionate about, and recognize your strengths and weaknesses. There is also a section for your relationship, you can find how your needs are compatible with your partner's needs.
