Love that this is integrated well within Slack. I have already been a using a few Slack based tools including Kudos that are more focussed on celebrating great individual work. Inkrement sounds like a great way to make feedback more real-time unlike traditional monthly/quarterly appraisals

Thanks @ankit_a ! Yeah there are great slack apps for praise and kudos. We wanted to focus on feedback, putting more emphasis on constructive feedback which is really the biggest driver of growth! Thanks for sharing your thoughts :)
