I'm one of the makers of Hop Raider, together with @sumolari. Hop Raider is our first ever pixel art platformer game, conceived with the good old Mario games in mind (will you find every easter egg?), very easy to learn but really, really hard to master.
How to play:
- Tap to jump
- Tap and hold for a higher jump
- Avoid lava and spikes
- Pick up coins to buy new worlds
- Score as many points as you can and unlock new characters
There are 8 worlds to explore at the moment, beat the "character score" on each of them to unlock its hidden characters!

After a brief holiday I'm back to looking for games to get me though my commute. Hop Raider has been doing a great job this week. Simple mechanics with quick play times is always a winner for me.
