Today I am excited to tell you about something (or someone) we are very passionate about here at Helpy and have been working on for many months. Her name is Carin, and she is an AI customer care chatbot that you can start using today to significantly drive down your customer care costs. Carin can autonomously solve up to 80% of incoming support queries once she has been taught the basics, all with a single JS snippet added to your product, service or website. - Carin goes beyond simple FAQ or knowledgebase questions by providing a truly interactive experience. (great support is never a one way conversation) - She can ask the customer questions, learning about their problem or issues they are experiencing and use this to inform future responses - Once she knows more about the problem, she uses ML/AI to look for answers in a number of places including your existing support materials. - She can also reach out to external APIs to answer tough questions like “Is the server up?” or “Where is my order?” - If she gets stuck, Carin will seamlessly transfer the conversation to a human agent for quick resolution. Time to close drops dramatically because of the troubleshooting and information Carin has already collected. - Carin also tracks what she doesn’t know how to answer, allowing you to teach her a response for the next time the question is asked. All conversations are automatically converted into tickets in the Helpy ticketing app or can also be sent via email into your existing ticketing tool. Detailed analytics compare her performance against human agents, how many interactions she is generating and more. You can get started with Carin today with our “free for life plan” that includes 100 conversations a month. Creating a Carin bot takes less than 5 minutes, is fully customizable and allows you to give her any name, image or personality you want. Super excited to hear your feedback, ideas and thoughts. We have a big roadmap for Carin and we’d love to get some new ideas and validation!

Bot and agents seamlessly integrated into the same conversation? Is this the chat solution I have been looking for for so long? Looking forward to testing it and see if this would be a right fit for Monito, as I am currently spending hours answering customers chats manually ;-).

@pbriod Hey Pascal, Thanks for taking a look! Carin can handle a lot of the chats for you autonomously. If she gets stuck, customers can open a live chat, or the conversation gets sent into your helpdesk for followup.

@scottmillerio I've looked a bit more in details and it seems that you don't power the "live chat" aspect yourself but integrate with other live chat tools is that right? What I also really like is the possibility to integrate with a custom API to get custom answers.
