The moment we saw that, our Zoom calls went crazy. We were jumping up and down. This is insane. We've been using Hellonext for a few months now and have been really impressed with the product and team. Originally started using them because they were the most lightweight way to setup feedback collection (feature requests + bug tracking) from our users, while also providing a sense of community for users to interact with each other. We continue to use them because of dedicated they are to listening to our feedback on what they're platform can do better, and their speed to implement! 🚀

Jumping in, I had a lot of fun with the product. It had just the right features to relieve my workload with everybody asking "When will this be done?", "Is this already on the roadmap?" or one team requesting something, that another team is vetoing. Now they can look it up and discuss between themselves. With the Linear integration, we will keep on top of the programming tasks and the dev team is happy to be left alone for the most part. The support team impressed me the same way Missive's did. They responded, even outside of working hours, in a matter of minutes to bug reports and fixed most of them instantly. The rest was sorted out the next day. Supplying them with feedback & feature requests, I was easily invited to a beta of an upcoming release, which filled the gap with the last missing piece and feature. Super excited to use them more and we already have a meeting on the books to talk in person :)

We have searched for a solution to collect and manage features requests from our customers, but also deliver changelogs to them. Since we use Clickup and Intercom internally, we have searched for a tool that also integrates with these. Turns out: featueOS has not also all of these features but is also a tool what we and also our customers love to use. Moreover, the support is great with a fast response rate and really qualified answerers. What you should also not forget: The price-performance ratio is unbeatable.

I've explored and tried demos of many Feedback Management SaaS, but futureOS is the only tool that's cost-effective, user-friendly, and has all the features possible.
