How much does getting a Tesla reduce one's footprint?

@edisonjoao6871 Depends on a few things: 1. How much you drive, 2. Your current vehicle, and 3. Where you are. This article by Carbon Brief shows a view different scenarios, one showing that in the EU a Tesla Model 3 has about 50% lower emissions over its lifetime: https://www.carbonbrief.org/fact... On average, an electric vehicle is 39% cleaner than an internal combustion engine, but it varies based on the electric grid in your location. If you're in the US, this is a nice tool that allows you to compare different models of EV (including Tesla) in your ZIP code: https://evtool.ucsusa.org/#z/902... That tool doesn't take into account emissions from producing the vehicle, though, which is higher for EVs than combustion engines.
