I'm really excited to share GitHubRewind.com - this was a super fun side project I put together over the past week! As someone who loves tinkering on little coding projects in my spare time, I was eager to explore the capabilities of Claude MCP and Google Gemini.
These tools enabled me to both ideate on the concept and rapidly bring it to life. GitHubRewind analyzes your GitHub history to generate personalized insights and visualizations around your top languages, busiest repos, activity trends, and more. It's a great way for developers like us to reflect on our coding journeys from the past year.
