Years ago, while working in consulting, I noticed how painful and expensive it was to create and share engaging content. Business content creation looked like the 1990s, but our personal content consumption was short-form, interactive, and conversational. Hence TL;DR was born. I knew that businesses needed to learn to communicate with Millennials and GenZ the way they've learned to consume information. Fifty-page PDFs, whitepapers, hours of video, reports, or long presentations weren't going to cut it.
