Maker
Hi ProductHunt, the maker here. A quick intro! Focus is a blend of compounds that humans make already, 2-PEA and Vitamin D. The former works to create sensations in mood through it's status as a "TAAR" agonist. The human nose has a bunch of these TAAR receptors which likely evolved from our time as more ancient mammals, as part of a predator detection system- or thats the theory behind the TAAR's discoverer, Harvard professor Stephen Liberles. Our IndieGogo page linked above can show you more data and science. We've based these products on that research, in order to test out this "newer" generation of chemosensory tools. We're pre-launch- just gauging the market, taking feedback, and really engaging with interested persons on what is a forgotten technology while increasing awareness about the strides made in this science and the potentials as we work to bring an affordable product to mass market. Thanks for reading!
