I’m all for Flodesk but this has been hunted before Flodesk: Design emails people love to get. via @ProductHunthttps://www.producthunt.com/post... and you obviously want the affiliate referral commission in this. So I’m hoping the powers at be take down this hunt.
@producthunt@scottwyden Nope that's not the reason for the submit. It's sad how you judge the intentions. The submit form recognize if it was submitted before and it didn't show me that it was. I'd remove it if I can, I don't need that commission (I don't even get it even if it was attributed, I leave in country that doesn't allow international transfer) I added it to make others benefits from the 50% coupon. So please before making a judgement and posting it, just try think about it.
I discovered Flodesk by accident when I received a newsletter. I'm trying to find a good ESP, so I gave it a try and was amazed by UX and how clean it is. Bonus: It's an unlimited flat rate service with free plan.

I Like
- I like the UI, but sometime it confuses me alot
- Pricing is reasonable however features are minimal too
I Don't like
- They will suspend your account without any notice or warning
- After account suspension, they will not initiate a refund for the remaining days
- They will not even let you export your contacts
- Their customer support service is worst
- I have send mails to all employees, CEO, CO, marketing team but did not get any respond from anywhere
- I have tried to contact them through social media, but they don't reply their
- If you are running a business through Flodesk, change your software now, otherwise one day they will randomly suspend your account and send one email and after that they will ignore your mails and messages on social media like they are dead
- My business suffered alot because of them
- Don't have feature to target those emails who did not open email
- Open rate is very low
- Most of the emails lands in promotion and spam
- Conatcts takes time to load
