Hi Everyone👋! I’m excited to share a personal passion project with everyone: Flavored Resume. I created Flavored Resume to help people get more interviews by fixing their resumes. Resumes can be a lot of work to create, update, and polish up. Many of us are not expert resume writers and you could be selling ourselves short unknowingly! With Flavored Resume, you paste a job description, you paste your resume and hit submit. AI reviews both and rewrites your resume to better match the role. It also restructures it so it’s easier for Applicant Tracking Systems to read through. Both of these strategies help you stand out and get more interviews. I’d love for you to try it, provide any feedback, and answer any questions you might have!. Check it out for free today or get 50% off any plan for 1 month! 🙌

@edward_g very cool :)

This is so useful! On the opposite side, HR is doing the same thing, personalising cold outreach to talents.

@sentry_co I've heard a lot about this, but I feel the pain point is really in the resumes. There are so many talented people out there who may not be showing off their best and relevant skills. Outreach will be much more effective when target candidates are "making themselves seen". I'm hoping Flavored Resume can do just that!

@edward_g I agree. Have you done any testing regarding success rate? What boost in returns are people seeing?

@sentry_co Great question! It's a bit tough to measure as folks are not applying and re-applying to the same role. But I've received great feedback about getting responses from recruiters instead of an auto-reject :)

My wife needs this. This is so useful and powerful because many folks don't know how to write their resumes, so I'm pretty pumped about what you've built. How did you come up with this idea?
Edward G
@franksondors Personal struggles to be honest! I went through periods in the past where I struggled to even get an interview and studied everything I could about resume writing and the application process. The pain was the rewriting and revising part since it's so time-consuming. In addition to that, so many of my friends were laid off this year, it came together. I hope it helps your wife out and if she has any questions, I'm happy to help!

@edward_g The timing is perfect, to be honest. I wish you the best of luck.
