For college students, Flastio creates an online portfolio out of all their projects. By sharing their Flastio portfolio with employers, students will substantially increase their chances of getting an interview and landing their dream job or internship.

I'm Max, co-founder of Flastio. I have an engineering background (Mechanical Eng. Ph.D. drop-out and an Industrial Eng. degree). A few years ago, I taught myself enough coding to build prototypes and have fallen in love with building software products since then. We are a mighty team, building Flastio. My technical co-founder does the coding, and I do all the non-technical stuff (to be honest, I am still trying to figure out product distribution and marketing, and I suck at it). My co-founder and I both had a hard time finding good-paying jobs out of college despite having plenty of project-based experiences. With Flastio, we give students a powerful tool to build their professional portfolios and be found by employers. Many employers use university brands and GPA as a proxy to reduce hiring risks. We believe students should be assessed based on their accomplishments, not their university or GPA. Our first MVP is focused on building a professional portfolio out of all student's projects in less than 10 minutes, so students can share while applying for jobs. Every recruiter or hiring manager who receives a shareable link creates a profile and will get access to all student members who have a portfolio on Flastio. Employers can search on Flastio for specific skill sets, and all student skill sets are backed up by projects uploaded on their Flastio portfolio.
