Hi @mikedane7, we're different because we aren't trying to sell you anything. You are free to follow any workout plans or any exercises you choose, we are trying to help people be as efficient and optimal in their workouts as possible. We are also completely free, as we don't want any barrier to entry for people!! We'll also be focussing on helping people achieve their goals, particularly people who are just getting started on their fitness journey, whom we want to offer support and advice, to help provide a positive place so they can achieve their goals.
