Finally a wrapped I can get behind 😮‍💨 As someone who goes to the gym 6-days a week and likes to switch things up every so often, I can see this being helpful to prevent specific parts of your body from getting stagnant and see where you're spending the most time. Tbh I'd like to have something like this for other fitness apps (I don't use Apple Fitness 🤷‍♂️) and also at a more regular cadence, like quarterly. Just so you can have that regular accountability.
