No more scrolling through different state websites to find due dates — we make it easy to track everything in one place. What distinguishes Agent Intro from our other Agent products? Our other plans: Agent Light, Autopilot, and Payroll, each include registered agent services. US businesses must have a registered agent in each state where they operate. This is why all Firstbase businesses are required to select Light, Autopilot, or Payroll for each state they operate in. With that in mind, Agent Intro is the no-brainer pick for companies that already have registered agents, but still want access to the other features of Firstbase Agent. What is the beneficial ownership information filing? In 2023, the U.S. FinCEN announced a new requirement for businesses to report BOI. This includes information about your company, the people who set up your company, and your company owners. This information must be filed with the U.S. government shortly after your business is incorporated. Additionally, you must submit an updated BOI filing if any information changes.
