I was motivated to create an even more meaningful life by that event as well as Marcus Aurelius' Mediations, teaching us that by reminding ourselves about our own mortality can be the key to living fully. I wanted a reminder of my own mortality that integrated seemingly into my everyday-life. Something that is beautiful and useful. This is how First Day Extension was born. The name is short for "First Day of the rest of your life". What you get: ✨A visual reminder of how much time you may have left in your life. This is based on geographical statistics or you can enter your own guess 👉A daily question to visualise your day ahead. Planning your day means taking control of your life. ✨A bucket list to create a more fulfilled life. Plus, having things you can look forward to can increase your happiness. 👉Short inspirations of successful people: In some of the background dots you will find short biographies of inspirational people who have achieved great things at different stages of their lives. This is to remind you that you're never too young nor too old to make something great.
