Firefox Relay
Hide your real email address to help protect your identity.
Firefox Relay makes it easy to create aliases, randomly generated email addresses that forward to your real inbox. Use it to protect your online accounts - and your identity - from hackers.
Short video showing what it's like to use Firefox Relay with and without the extension.
I like the integration with Firefox. Couldn't find an extension for Chrome unfortunately.
@janahrend So there’s a limit on how many aliases one can have? That kinda renders the service almost useless. Firefox says “Use it to protect your online accounts” but only as long as you only need to make up to 5 accounts :/
@janahrend@esurmane that’s fine but they should mention it on the landing page or at the very least in the dashboard once you’re logged in. It just tells you you can make up to 5 addresses, but doesn’t tell you how/when/if you’ll ever be able to get more.
Firefox Send is a great tool for quickly sharing large files. It’s simple to use, and I love that it offers end-to-end encryption for secure file transfers. The ability to set an expiration time for files is a nice touch, ensuring they aren’t hanging around too long.
While the file size limit can be a bit restrictive compared to some other platforms, it’s perfect for sending smaller to medium-sized files securely. Overall, Firefox Send is a reliable and secure option for anyone needing to share files privately and efficiently.
