Sounds like a serious time-saver for ops teams. Quick q—how does the AI handle edge cases like handwritten notes or unusual invoice formats? That flexibility could be a real differentiator.

Hello,

The raw text is first extracted from the image, then passed to a context-aware model. This model analyzes whether the text has been extracted incorrectly—such as a single letter being misread—and corrects it based on context. This is all happening behind a single upload process.

For example, if the word "Gas" is written poorly and appears as "Gus", the model looks at the surrounding context. If the image contains a receipt that includes terms like “fuel”, “liters”, or a price per liter, the model can infer it's gas-related and automatically correct "Gus" to "Gas".

If the user actually intended it to stay as "Gus", they can change it manually, or preset it in the settings section of the dashboard—and the system will remember that preference for future inputs from that user.

So, the data is never stuck in an incorrect state—it’s always editable, and the system improves with each correction.

Hope this answers your question, thanks for the inquiry, happy to answer other questions.

John.
