FileKit stores and transfers files in the cloud. Files are encrypted in the browser before being uploaded, and can be downloaded only by the owner and recipients, completely transparently.

This looks like an amazing product I love the simplicity of the task at hand and how they took the time to re-explain e@rest and e-in transit Please correct me if I’m wrong however , is this different from what Rapidshare from back in the day achieved ?

@rest @tobystic hi Toby, thanks for the kind words. The main difference - and challenge - of FileKit vs Firefox send or other encrypted file transfers is that FileKit is made to be integrated into an app. This way, anyone can propose encrypted file transfer/storage to their users.
