A very exciting addition to the Fellow line. Overpriced? Maybe — but given the amount of control this brewer gives you over the bloom timing and temperature, this is the kind of product I was looking for to speed up my morning routine. As much as I enjoy the ritual of my pour-over process, I also appreciate that this product will help me experiment and dial in different ratios and temperatures based on the beans and grind.
