Many of us at some point experience, emotions and feelings that we cannot handle, be it Anger, Fear, Sadness and even Happiness. Some studies have shown that the act of writing is therapeutic, it is a tool that helps to channel those feelings or emotions that block us. The fact of capturing them somewhere, helping to release them and thus allowing our mind to rest.
