Emanuel has tons of experience in buying tax liens for profit, and recently started a course that teaches others how to do the same. Since then, we have opened the door of the software to hundreds of students who are currently enjoying it. The main benefit of using the software is saving time. Historically, to find tax lien lists you would have to go to each county's website to search for lists. These websites are very web 1.0 👀 and don't offer great usability.
