Old app that's garbage now. Bait and switch to make you pay for it otherwise you have to show the developer's Instagram feed. No way to delete the app or even hide it from your page...so now I'm showing Vladimir's Instagram to my visitors!
@mike_gmerch Sad to hear your trouble, but let me correct you here. You can update app settings right after install or any moment later with your own username. My personal instagram used for example of app content as default. About app remove problem — latest Faceboook design update broke standard method to manage your own custom tabs on your own Page. I can't fix it, I've reported this issue half a year BEFORE design rollout and received answer from Facebook worker "its not fixable". You can try to reset your page template to standard layout or any other but in most cases it will not work unfortunately.
