Hey Product Hunt friends! I’m Martin, designer and co-founder of Exakt.
After couple weeks of work we’ve finally decided to publish Exakt on Product Hunt. It’s always a great milestone and motivation for the team to get feedback from the community over here. Super excited to share what we’ve been working on.
Exakt is our take on a satisfaction surveys tool. Idea sparked back at Baremetrics. We were looking for a way to bring more quantitative and qualitative data points into deciding what to build and searched for a tool to get ongoing customer feedback. We weren’t too happy with what’s out there.
At Baremetrics we placed great emphasis on the design and user experience. We’ve tried couple tools, but they felt clunky, complex or completely out of place when popping up in the app.
So in a proper maker fashion – we decided to build something on our own. Something that looks great, is simple and something customers enjoy answering. That’s how Exakt came to life, and we’re stoked to bring it over to you today!
We’ve been working in Private Beta with some amazing companies like Upscribe or Finviz. Finviz is one of the largest stock screeners in the world, and we’ve been happy to see how Exakt helped them validate ideas and shape their product focus.
One of the things we’re super proud of is how design lead into improved experience for users and business. Compared to NPS benchmark of 35% our response rate averages on 68.2% – that's double the amount of responses!
We’re excited to launch Exakt into public and hope it’ll help you build better products faster.
