LOVE LENSABL have used them repeatedly. one of the best and most "user friendly" D2C solutions ever. a really reasonable way to make your favorite frames into prescription eyewear. nothing makes me crazier that paying full retail for frames or getting gouged by on optometrist to change out scratched lenses. CAN'T WAIT to try their new frame collection.

Terrible experience. Waited months and still have not gotten any updates from their "lab". I've had to email in every step along the way because when they have an issue they won't even contact you. Their process is a disaster.

I sent in two old pairs of glasses for new lens, they sent three pairs back, two of which were not mine while my second pair of glasses was MIA. They had me return the erroneous pair then took several weeks to locate, repair and reship my actual glasses. I asked for a discount for all the trouble. They declined. This company is trash. Do more research. There are better, cheaper options.

The CSR named "Marky" is one of the worst reps i've ever dealt with - absolutely uselessly incompetent, rude, and never follows through on any promises of follow-ups. Horrible. She desperately needs to be disciplined/fired. I am still waiting on an update on my order from over 1 month ago. This place is a joke.
