Strong Disapproval of Unethical Business Practices
Dear Martin at Eventsframe,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and disgust regarding your decision to close down our lifetime paid accounts and subsequently attempt to coerce us into paying again to access the software. This action represents a gross violation of trust and a clear display of unethical behavior on the part of your company.
As a long-time supporter and customer who invested in a lifetime subscription that has helped finance your company to grow, I feel betrayed and taken advantage of. Your company's decision to revoke access to services that we have already paid for is not only unjustifiable but also reprehensible. It demonstrates a complete disregard for the loyalty and support of your customers.
Attempting to force customers to repurchase a product they have already paid for under the guise of an upgrade or subscription renewal is nothing short of extortion. It is unacceptable for a company to prioritize short-term financial gains over the well-being and satisfaction of its customers.
I urge you to reconsider this decision and take immediate action to rectify the situation. Failing to do so will not only result in the loss of trust and respect from your customers but also tarnish your company's reputation irreparably.
I expect a prompt response outlining your plans to address this issue and restore our access to the software we rightfully paid for. Anything less would further confirm your company's disregard for ethics and customer satisfaction.

Sadly, the company does not live up to the terms and conditions of their agreements. Expect additional fees, hidden charges and and changes that make existing customers accounts useless. If I could give the ZERO stars it would still be too high of a rating.
Hey @aaronoleary and thanks! I'm a cofounder of EventsFrame. Basically we previously ran events and wanted a platform that didn't charge very expensive per ticket fees.
EventsFrame has a flat monthly/annual subscription for unlimited events.
The discounting tools to help promote tickets sales are very powerful, and event creation only takes a few minutes.
Lastly, the events homepage very quickly gives you an overview of all your live events.
@aaronoleary Hi Aaron, @james_sayer pretty much covered it below. One BIG thing we have over Eventbrite is with us you can use Stripe/Braintree/PayPal (With Eventbrite it's just PayPal). In addition we wanted to make it a super simple user experience and especially amazing for people running multiple events to administer their events and attendees. We want to grow the produce to include scheduling and many more features.
@aaronoleary ....also we were founded by event producers actually running in person events (albeit it very techy ones :)) who know the problems that need to be solved day in day out to run amazing and profitable events

An Idea for Mother’s Day
It really works quite well, does what you'd want it to do. No fees is great — it works well for both free and paid events.
It's missing some smaller features but they're coding fast. Very solid, polished experience. Highly recommended.
Pros:Great product — it lets you put up events, on your own platform, and do whatever you want with them. Smooth interface, responsive developer.
Cons:They're still working on a couple smaller features like adding co-hosts with limited permissions to just one event, but making progress.
