congrats on the idea and the launch! This is a super helpful tool, not only for product owners I would say but also for the guys from the research teams. Would it also be possible to feed your application let’s say transcripts from qualitative interviews?

@janine_nitz Wow, great to see this question. 100% yes! The data sources currently supported are Appstore, Playstore, Trustpilot, Hubspot Tickets, and Custom Client Transcripts that can be pasted in. No strict limits on pasting in the transcripts (within reason, if its say 50k+ words it might be more reasonable to split it in two but that's up to you).

@yahia_bakour ok, nice! Could totally see this be helpful in developing data driven personas.. are there many competitors out there?

@janine_nitz I've found a few which seem to be very expensive ($1K+) for a lackluster feature-set so i'm excited about the potential since Essense is still in the early-stages and offers more functionality at a fraction of the cost with a very exciting roadmap ahead.
