Hi Product Hunt! 🚀 I'm Eric Landau, Cofounder and CEO of Encord. On behalf of the entire team, I am thrilled to launch Encord Active today on Product Hunt! When we started Encord a few years ago, our core focus was on solving the biggest bottleneck in AI at the time: the lack of labeled data used for training models. Since starting we have been humbled to work with some of the most exciting and cutting-edge AI companies and groups in the world across a wide set of interesting use cases ranging from generative AI to medical diagnostics. We have learned an enormous amount from working with these companies and worked with them to solve some of the main challenges they face around data quality, understanding, and management, particularly in the unwieldy world of visual data. We have now released these learnings and tools in the open as Encord Active. Encord Active is an open source solution to help anyone building AI models solve some of the core challenges with improving, understanding, and managing their visual data.
