Student loan debt is a massive problem (Americans owe 1.7 trillion in student loan debt). There have been talks of forgiveness but who knows if or when that will happen. Student loans will always be a thing and my websites goal is to solve this problem & make education more affordable. How? My site is a job board that connects job seekers with employers who provide education benefits such as: -Student loan repayment -Tuition reimbursement -Tuition assistance -Tuition scholarship programs For Job Seekers: This is a great opportunity to see what jobs are out there that will pay for your education. Whether it's paying down your debt or paying for you to go to school - you will find your next opportunity on dwindle. For Employers: Offering tuition repayment or assistance benefits shows that you care for your employees and their future. Being unique and creative to offer these benefits allows you to attract top talent who will work hard for your organization (and stay!). In a study completed by Bright Horizons Family Solutions, they found that: -93% of respondents say that using their employer's tuition assistance program helped them develop skills necessary to grow within their company -56% of respondents would not have pursued additional education without this support from their employer -85% say the program has made them a more effective employee Why Wait?
