One question though - for people who work in industries where they have to report individual stock trades but not ETF trades (for regulatory reasons), is it still possible to use Double?
@nsbradford So our account is treated as discretionary, meaning we have the discretion to make trades on your behalf. I believe this is usually the distinction that firms relay on for whether things need to be cleared before trading or not. Wealthfront for example, despite holding individual stocks in their direct index portfolio, in my experience has usually been allowed by companies without the need to report every trade. But anyone in this scenario should check with their compliance team.
