Hello hunters! 👋 I'm Robin, one of the founders of Do Everything! We started Do Everything in 2022 for one reason - to build a platform that can help everyone manage everyday life better, because great things don’t just happen overnight. We’ve only just started our journey, and are really excited for what’s ahead of us! This year, we launched tasks, and made them powerful by allowing you to add location to them (PRO feature), make them recur automatically based on powerful and customisable schedules, set flexible reminders, and so on. We also launched lists, to help you group your related tasks together for better organisation, and made them flexible and collaborative by allowing you to add sections for categorising tasks, and share them with family, friends, colleagues, or anyone else to get things done together! And as we close out 2022, we’ve just launched “Day Planning”, to help you plan your priorities better in the new year. With this, you can plan your day using Do Everything, and stay focused on what really matters today, everyday! It works in 3 simple steps: 1. We’ll help you choose the tasks that you want to do today – you can choose from your existing tasks or create new ones. 2. From these tasks, we'll ask you to pick one highlight for the day, to ensure you don’t lose focus of your most impactful task and celebrate success once you complete it. Ask yourself this: what's the one thing that you must do to make your day a success? This will be your highlight for the day :) 3. And if your priorities change, you can replan anytime throughout the day! This is just the beginning, and we are really excited about all the possibilities this opens up for the future! How this is diffrent then other currently available tools? At 1st glance I did not feel need to change my current one.

Depending on what app you’ve been using, task locations, highly flexible recurring tasks and reminders, an opinionated approach to planning your day and choosing a highlight for the day, and custom sections in lists might be some of the features potentially missing from your current one at the moment. Our focus this year has mostly been to lay down the foundation and establish the main pillars – i.e. tasks, task lists and planning. Next, we have a number of unique and delightful features planned for the upcoming year, that will take these to the next level, so follow us to stay informed 😃
