This looks super promising - I've been waiting for tools like this for a while, definitely a strong problem area for a lot of businesses buried in disconnected spreadsheets, data, and analytics platforms. Some feedback: The concept of 'actions' is not immediately intuitive to mentally estimate how much work and explorations could be done in the platform. How many people/apps/outcomes do you typically see for 25k actions for example? Same goes for storage - what could someone actually build on the free plan before hitting extra costs?

@new_user_f61ff363a1 Thanks for the feedback. We will indeed work on providing precise data on how these actions are going to be charged. It is mostly about creating and updating our data records. We are charging actions because our clients use Dashup's API for building websites, this way one can estimate the "actions" usage based on what they are planning to use with Dashup. Storage goes the same way. They are charged based on what they are planning to store. We charge a minimal extra amount for exceeded actions or storage, which is written in our pricing section. @ashpaulzz I can totally appreciate your framework for pricing. Let me put it this way: the product is being positioned as a no-code tool aimed at non-developer business-customer segments. But the pricing model only makes sense to API users. You don't have to change the model, or spend time justifying and explaining it. A simple content strategy clearly tied to pricing tiers might help for example; articles like "what other people built and use every day on 50k actions/month for less than 1GB storage" - then provide basic case studies. Or just having some linked examples under the tiers - what's the size of the fleet tracking example for instance; 10gb and 120k actions? For me, the pricing as it is communicates that it's too complicated / a black box / something you cannot project the cost of building and running a project (based on the landing page alone of course). I hope this helps as I feel the product itself is a great idea. I'd love to see you get high conversions from that landing page alone. Again, well done to you and the team :)

@new_user_f61ff363a1 @ashpaulzz another consideration too. The pricing model right now discourages usage. I'd think the goal of any product is try and increase user adoption/usage of it as it leads to higher retention. With a pricing model that basically punishes me for adding more "actions", as a user I become more hesitant to build more. I think a flat rate or tiered plan pricing model would help solve this.
