These apps are great for working out at home, but I've never been able to make time for it. It's easier for me to join a gym, and then I'll feel more responsible not to miss a workout. This app helps me to train properly and without harming my health. I always watch my diet and drink enough water. If I forget about it, I immediately look up how much water I need to drink per day and keep everything on schedule. In the app, I track my results.
