Hi Product Hunters! I'm Ashley, Co-founder & CEO of CultureAlly. We are on a mission to help make workplace cultures more inclusive - for everyone. My co-founder and I have been working in the diversity and inclusion space for years and we have seen a lot of one size fits all training that doesn’t work. Employees are unengaged and aren't actually learning and retaining information. We thought, how do we effectively deliver diversity and inclusion education, where employees want to keep coming back? How do we deliver training in a way that employees will relate to and help them understand how they can contribute to creating a more inclusive workplace? And that's how CultureAlly was born. We are so excited about our launch and welcome any thoughts/suggestions. Here are some key highlights: 💻 CultureAlly is a web app 💡 Our learnings are personalized by topics of interest (like if you signed up for Medium or Pinterest) ✅ Users can select what day they want their content and content type (articles/videos or both) 🗓 Each week employees get an email notification with their new content ❓ There is a quiz with each piece of content to test your knowledge 💬 There's also a conversation starter to reflect deeper or spark a convo with a colleague 📣 Users can share content with colleagues or friends 💾 Users can bookmark and save content for later We have several hundred pieces of content in our database. As we continue to grow we are exploring how to make our content delivery and curation smarter. We also have some exciting things on the roadmap like gamification, learning journeys, analytics and more. Thanks for checking us out!
