Our workflow engine baked into Commerce Copilot allows you to connect multiple apps at once. You can further integrate Copilot events & operations to your external tools, say, Klaviyo or any other worfklow engine (if you want).
So, to answer your question straight: yes, you can follow up or pass data back to the Copilot for personalisation.
Hereās how it'd work:
When a shopper interacts with the Copilot (e.g., browses a category, abandons a cart, requests a return), it can capture key intent signals or actions.
These can then be sent to Klaviyo as custom events or profile updates via webhook/API.
You can use these signals to trigger flows like cart recovery, product recommendations, post-purchase education, or reactivation campaigns ā all tailored to that userās journey inside chat.
