One of my Co-Founders (Max) ran into these issues first hand and the idea for Contractable was born. We’ve gotten great early feedback from all over the world. @xavier_jj Thanks for the comment! Right now we only support NDA, Contractor Agreements, and Services Agreements. But we're going to add more based on feedback we receive. That includes ProductHunt comments!

Congratulations on launching Contractable! but how you ensure the contracts stay legally valid when users make extensive customizations.

@sarvpriy_arya Great question and one we get a lot! Similar to businesses like RocketLawyer, LegalTemplates, etc., we are not providing legal advice or counsel. Our base contracts templates are enforceable, but just like the other contract builders above we can't guarantee the template that is change will always be valid depending on your use case. We also recommend that lawyers are used to guarantee coverage, and there are certainly many types of agreements that are best for a lawyer to start with (e.g. employment contracts etc.). We are following the patterns of the companies above, and welcome other ideas to help make this clearer to our users!
