We made spreadsheets to rate and compare the places - do we like the location, has it got a kitchen, is it work friendly? We ask these questions - among a ton of others. @rrhoover This is exactly it! We shouldn't be wasting our time this way! Airbnb really should work on this. They have solved the search phase and ignored the selection phase!
