Today, with the rapid rise of remote and hybrid work, we see companies rely more than ever on internal messaging tools such as Slack to get work done. Everything from announcements, discussions, alerts, requests, bug reports and memes flow through Slack. Slack has become our new virtual office space. Me and Ravi felt this problem acutely at our previous organizations which relied heavily on Slack to get things done. So we built Clockwork to help you stay on top of all the stuff going on within your various Slack channels. With Clockwork, you can easily convert messages into action items with assignees, due dates and comments. Our AI powered bot goes one step further - it automatically detects potential actions items amidst your stream of Slack messages so nothing slips through the cracks. We also allow you to seamlessly pin and tag useful Slack messages such as ideas, links, feedback for future reference. We are focused on tracking actions with Clockwork today. In future, we plan to build out a whole suite of Slack productivity tools to automate end to end workflows and run efficient meetings. With remote and hybrid work taking off, Slack has become exponentially annoying. Everything from birthday wishes to an urgent message from the CEO, all go through Slack. Clockwork helps you manage your Slack better and in the process makes it significantly less annoying. Someone gave you a a small task? - update a deck, share some document or data, let them know when something is done etc.etc., or you gave one to someone? Most of these end up out of sight, out of mind? Clockwork Actions lets you turn these small tasks into actions and stores them within Slack. You get daily reminders that help you stay on top of all the things you need to do and the thing that you've asked others to do. Level up with Clockwork AI. Add Clockwork to any channel and it'll automatically detect anything that looks like an action and automatically prompts you to turn it into one. Colleagues keep sharing links that you don't have time to get to immediately? - a new competitor just launched, a feature that looks interesting, feedback from a customer that you intend to get to later etc. etc. With Clockwork Pins you can tag and store them away. When you are working on the new version of say the payments feature, just go to Clockwork Pins filter on 'new ideas' and 'payments', and you have all those things that anyone ever shared with you right within Slack.
