By synchronizing everyone's availability Clipse lets you pull the future forward by scheduling meetings right when you want to. I'm so excited to introduce our latest innovation in cross-company group scheduling: Clipse. We believe scheduling meetings with people from other companies should be instant and done inside your calendar. Think of it like a globally connected network for your calendar.
Instant: Clipse was built to solve the problem of finding mutual availability across mutliple people representing multiple companies. 3 people from your company, 2 people from mine - just tell me when all 5 of us can meet! That's what Clipse does. Instantly.
Where you need it: We built Clipse as an extension for both Google Calendar and Outlook to allow you to see any Outlook user's availability inside your Google Calendar invitation...and vice versa. The best part? We only access your availability, not your private calendar data. And! All of the suggested times are in your time zone - no more mental math.
Here's how it works:
* Sign up (free for individuals) with your Outlook or Google account
* Install Clipse from Google's Marketplace or Outlook's App Store
* Invite others to connect with you (like a friend request) inside Clipse
* Create a new meeting invitation, run Clipse, and instantly see synchronized availability
What about a scheduling link for non-Clipse users to book time with you? We got that covered as well: all accounts come with a dedicated schedulilng link that you can share as you see fit.

@alexander_winter Thanks for the question! It's a great one. 1) every user has to agree to connect with other users outside their organization (like a friend request), and 2) we only access the users' availability status and synchronize that. We never access existing event details, nor does any user see another user's events. Just mutual free time.
