We ve put a lot of work into our UI to give you a great time-blocking experience. Unlike most calendar apps, time-blocking tools are meant to be filled up for the day, leaving very little white space. That extra colour density can feel overwhelming! Try filling a whole day in Google Calendar s day view with coloured events and you ll see what I mean.
We really value your feedback, so before we tweak the UI we want to make the right choice. Below you ll find our original task colours alongside a new option we re considering. Cast your vote for your favourite, and we ll take it on board.

We re happy to let you know that Chunk v1.2.0 is now live. Here s what s waiting for you:
Keyboard Shortcut: Pick your own key combo to open and close the main panel. Head over to Settings Shortcuts and set it up in a way that fits your flow.
12-Hour Clock Mode: You now have a choice between 11:00 AM 1:00 PM or 11:00 13:00 in the clock settings. Pick whichever makes more sense for you.

As someone who struggles to stay productive throughout the day, Chunk has been a real game-changer for me! The design is super clean and functional. What I love most is that it gives me just enough features to make time blocking work for me without all the extra stuff that usually just gets in the way. Highly recommended!

@hamza_afzal_buttAbsolutely you can!! Calendar sync is just an add-on integration for people who want to mix long term calendar planning with the power of Chunk for daily timeblocking. Just open chunk and click to add a task 😁

Do you have some way to show different views of the calendar automatically i.e. personal, professional

@manu_goel2 Hi Manu, thanks for the question! If you mean separate personal vs. professional views, you can connect multiple calendars and toggle each one on or off in settings to hide or show its events. We don’t have a dedicated preset view yet, but those toggles give you the same result. Hope that helps and let me know if you had something else in mind!
