Hi everyone! We started out with Chaty as a WordPress plugin then eventually expanded to create a Shopify and Ecwid apps. But despite the multiple platforms we adapted Chaty to, our goal remained the same: to help business owners communicate better with customers. So we decided to develop a standalone version that users can install on any site and on any platform. Why? We want to empower more to connect to their customers the best way they can by allowing them frictionless access to communication channels. We’re enabling users to be able to easily show all available messaging platforms in one widget and we’ve aggregated your platform availability so that you can focus on providing speedy customer service. This means that when customers click on those platforms, a chat box that goes directly to those platforms opens up and you’ll need to reply from those platforms directly, allowing for a faster line of communication! You can connect to 20+ popular platforms like Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, or even add any custom channel in our widget. And we’ve made sure that getting Chaty onto your website is as frictionless as possible. It’s a two-step process that requires 0 coding knowledge.
